精密合金简介

磁性合金包括软磁合金和硬磁合金 （又称永磁合金）。前者矫顽力低（＜800A／m）,后者矫顽力大（＞104A／m）。常用的有工业纯铁,电工钢,铁镍合金,铁铝合金,铝镍钴系合金,稀土钴系合金等。

4J32化学成分短评：

①镍是主要的成分之一，能提高钢的强度和韧性，提高淬透性．含量高时，可显著改变钢和合金的一些物理性能，提高钢的抗腐蚀能力． 

②铬也是主要的成分之一，能提高钢的淬透性和耐磨性，能改善钢的抗腐蚀能力和抗氧化作用．

③铜作为辅助合金之一，它的突出作用是改善普通低合金钢的抗大气腐蚀性能，特别是和磷配合使用时更为明显。蒙乃尔系统实质就是镍铜合金。

④钼作为辅助合金之一可明显的提高钢的淬透性和热强性，防止回火脆性，提高剩磁和娇顽力．哈氏合金实质就是镍钼合金。
